Bring:

• a favorite dish or snack to share (potluck style)
• your own mug (we’ll have warm sips)

We’ll gather in a simple sharing circle, just a few gentle prompts to reflect, release, and plant new light seeds together. No pressure to speak; listening is powerful, too.

Women & infants are welcome. Bring a friend and come as you are.
